If you happen to be planning a night at the Times Cinema on the West Side during the Milwaukee Film Festival, consider rounding out your night with a bite from this treasure.

After all, you’ve truly never experienced housemade pasta until you’ve tried it at Ca’ Lucchenzo. The ever-changing menu pays homage to the regional dishes of Italy with offerings including antipasti, housemade pastas and seasonally appropriate entrees, including excellently prepared seafood.  The flavors are fresh and each dish is made with an attention to detail that truly sets Ca’Lucchenzo apart.

Currently, you can taste the season with pasta offerings like cannelloni agli asparagi e groviera (asparagus, leek and gruyere baked pasta, mushrooms, besciamella, parmigiano-reggiano) and Rigatoni con guanciale e piselli (ridged pasta tubes, guanciale, spring peas, mint, pecorino-romano). But don't overlook entrees like spigola en padella (roasted pacific striped bass, warm golden potato and wild bear garlic salad, broccoli rabe).
