OnMilwaukee will host its 4th annual Adult Spelling Bee on Friday, Feb. 21 at The Cooperage, 822 S. Water St. Twenty-five of Milwaukee's best spellers will compete live in front of an audience. The event also features music by Dori Zori – Morning Show Host for 88Nine – along with interactive word games, drinks and mini spelling rounds for audience members who choose to participate.
This year, the OnMilwaukee Adult Spelling Bee will have a special teachers' "Hive Five" recognition during the event. Anyone who is employed as a teacher and purchases a ticket will receive a free gift (while supplies last) and be honored as a group by the emcee.
The Bee is in partnership with Sharp Literacy. It's the perfect event to enjoy a unique evening with a teacher in your life or to get a group together for a Teachers Night Out.
After you purchase tickets, you will receive a bounce-back email explaining how to claim your prize the night of the event.
