The Paddle Tavern has a new Downtown dock with boat rentals outside Aloft Milwaukee to provide easy river access for those staying at the hotel or spending time in the heart of the city.

The new dock, located at 1230 N. Doctor Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., offers rentals of Duffy electric boats and two new electric Retro boats for smaller groups. These boats are self-captained and usually rented for 90 minutes.

"We are happy to be able to provide a new experience with the affordable retro rentals for smaller parties as well as our Duffy rentals which are really popular to take your own party out and explore the river," says Paddle Tavern reservations coordinator, Sara Padley.

At the end of June, Paddle Tavern will also introduce the MKE Nauti Tiki Tavern.

Paddle Tavern offers a variety of river tour options, both captained and self-captained, for large and small groups. For all of the possibilities, go here.

"We look forward to getting many first time and seasoned boaters on the river with us this summer," says Padley.
