Television personality, author and Food Network star, Alton Brown, will return to the Riverside Theater on Saturday, April 8 at 8 p.m. (doors open at 7 p.m.) for a show that promises to be an unparalleled experience for food fans of all ages.
Tickets for "Alton Brown Live: Eat Your Science," a live culinary variety show featuring everyone’s favorite food science geek go on sale Thursday, Aug. 11 at noon.
"Eat Your Science" is the follow-up to the "Edible Inevitable" tour, which sold out in Milwaukee last February. It promises more comedy, new puppets, more music (including singing from Brown himself) as well as bigger and potentially more dangerous experiments.
According to Brown, "there will be plenty of new therapy inducing opportunities during our audience participation segments. I don’t want to give too much away, but we’re also going to play a little game with the audience."
Brown will release "Alton Brown: Every Day Cook," the first of two forthcoming cookbooks in fall of 2016. The book is a collection of more than 100 personal recipes sprinkled with science (of course) and history.
Tickets which range from $35.50 to $125 are available online or at The Pabst and Riverside box offices.
