The ASQ Center, on Wisconsin and Plankinton Avenues, is actively marketing 5,600 square feet along the Riverwalk, hoping to land a restaurant for the 16-ft. ceiling locale. The Bartolotta Restaurant Group considered a space (now Borders) in the building a few years ago.
Currently 97 percent occupied, the ASQ Center was redeveloped by a joint venture of Irgens Development Partners, LLC and Williams Development Corporation. Among the building's occupants are a 131-room Residence Inn by Marriott, Borders Books and Music, AG Edwards & Sons and Kahler-Slater Architects.
