The bad news: It wasn't just a bad dream that the Packers lost in the NFC Championship yesterday. (*screams into a pillow*) The good news, though, is we still have Giannis and the Milwaukee Bucks, who are currently 10-6 in second place in the East and already have their eyes on the playoffs and beyond. And since we can't cheer inside Fiserv Forum yet, why not cheer on the squad with your fellow (safely distanced) Milwaukee sports maniacs at The Yard at Bayshore?

The renovated outdoor plaza, which made its debut last summer, will host several Bayshore Game Days, viewing parties held in the spacious open air courtyard with the game screening on the gathering space's giant LED screen. Several of the Bucks' upcoming games – including Jan. 27 against the Raptors, Jan. 29 versus the Pelicans, Jan. 30 againsts the Hornets and Feb. 1 versus Blazers – are scheduled to air in the mall. Plus, there's food options nearby with California Pizza Kitchen, Trader Joe's, The Cheesecake Factory and Buffalo Wild Wings all available to purchase for takeout so you can chow down in between cheers.

So bring a lawn chair, bundle up and boast with your fellow fans about the next Wisconsin sports championship contender while forgetting about anything that happened yesterday. Did anything even happen Sunday? I can't remember. Yay for selective amnesia.

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.

When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
