Elizabeth Kay's pick: The Outsider - at the new Kimpton Journeyman Hotel
I'm a sucker for rooftop bars because it makes me feel "on top of the world" so to speak. The view at this bar is incredible, especially at sunset. The cabana-style seating and gas fire pits give this indoor / outdoor bar a relaxing, resort feel. The drinks are always good and you can even play shuffleboard!
