The votes are in, and the winners have been selected for OnMilwaukee's Best Dining 2008. The results of this readers' poll, including an editors' pick, are available in this series of articles that run all October long during Dining Month on OnMilwaukee.com.
October is Dining Month on OnMilwaukee.com. All month, we're stuffed with restaurant reviews, special features, chef profiles and unique articles on everything food. Bon appetit!
You might think of Trocadero as the place to go to enjoy the city's best patio, but OnMilwaukee.com readers also think this East Side eatery also dishes up the city's best brunch.
In fact, 20% of you love Trocadero's brunch, served from 9 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
Troc's French theme carries over to its brunch menu with specialties like crepes and quiches, but there are also sandwiches, nearly a dozen egg-fueled dishes, along with fruit plates, waffles, French toast and more.
But what draws a lot of devoted fans is Trocadero's Bloody Mary options, which our own Julie Lawrence calls, "awesome."
If it's warm enough, enjoy brunch near the fountain on the patio. If not, Troc is lovely inside, too.
