MKE Black will sponsor a Black-owned food truck "block party" on Saturday, Feb. 20 as a part of their Black History Month programming.

The event takes place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 3356 N. Holton St. on the Beerline Trail Plaza, just north of the Family Dollar.

Food will be available from Fully Loaded / Blue Magic Food Truck, Africa's Finest Cuisine, Bebe's Food Truck and Soulful Juice. Bronze Box Gifts will also be on site selling items.

All food is to go. Mask wearing and social distancing will be enforced.

“We know that Black-owned restaurants have been hit hard by COVID and that people are eager to support and have a reason to leave the house, so we’re hoping folks will come out and brave the cold to help Black-owned businesses thrive,” says Executive Director Rick Banks.
