Today, Ray’s Wine & Spirits, 8930 W. North Ave., announced the wine offer of a lifetime. Well, at least the wine offer of the half-century.

The local shop is offering for pre-sale a suite of wines celebrating the Milwaukee Bucks’ NBA Championship.

Pre-orders of the wines are being accepted beginning today (Friday, Aug. 6) through Monday, Aug. 9, with pickup on Friday, Aug. 27 or soon after.

Ray’s won’t stock the wine in-store.

Here are the wines available, along with tasting notes provided by the producer, Kansas City-based Mano’s Wine, which also sells the wine via its website. Mano's (but not Ray's) also offers a three-wine bundle.

Most of the wines come in etched and painted bottles that make great collectibles. See how they do it in the video here.

Bucks Etched Limited Edition Champions Cabernet Sauvignon, $44.98
Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a bright and bold representation of this famous California grape. It has bright floral notes, with medium tannin and expressive dark fruit.

Bucks Etched Limited Edition Championship Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, $44.98
It's a dry, full body red, that has a stunning finish that leaves you wanting more.

Bucks Etched Limited Edition Fear the Deer Cabernet Sauvignon, $44.98
It pairs well with grilled beef or chicken, as well as parties and celebrations.

Bucks 2021 Champions Chardonnay, $29.98
A rich and creamy California Chardonnay sourced from some of the best vineyards in the Central Coast. The nose is pronounced with strong aromas of baked apple, Asian pear and cinnamon. Our medium-bodied Chardonnay has mild acidity and bright flavors of banana and vanilla with a long spicy finish that is sure to please.

Bucks Cream City Cabernet Sauvignon, $29.98
This rich cabernet sauvignon comes from the cool hills of Washington Wine Country. It leads with subtle spice aromas and a rich red color. On the palate, flavors of ripe red fruits, predominantly cherries and plums stand out. The subtle tannins and a smooth, balanced finish help this wine pair well with food, especially complex flavors and most savory dishes.
