Comedian Frank Caliendo, a fixture on the Fox NFL Sunday pregame show,  is coming to your living room Thursday night.

In January, he's coming to the Riverside Theater.

Caliendo, a graduate of Waukesha South who graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's journalism and mass communication department in 1996, will appear on "Late Night with David Letterman" on Thursday night. The show airs at 10:30 p.m. on Channel 58 in Milwaukee.

"It's impressionist week," Caliendo writes on his Web site, "and as silly as it sounds... its kind of cool to be in "the club." Monday is Rich Little, Tuesday is Fred Travalena, Wednesday is Gordie Brown, me on Thursday, and Kevin Pollak on Friday. It's a mix of old school and newer school impressionists.

Caliendo continues to say "Obviously, I'll be doing (Fox football analyst John) Madden (they've asked that I include that one for sure)...after that, its up for grabs. I've never done Robin Williams, (Dick) Cheney, or Jeff Goldblum on any of the late night shows (at least not recently)... so that's the stuff I want to work in there."

Caliendo also announced today that he will play a show Jan. 20 at the Riverside and there is a chance that he will record the concert for a full-production DVD. Tickets for the Riverside concert will go on sale at noon Friday at Tickets.com and the Riverside box office.
