Start waxing up your sled: The Riverside will host a special screening of "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation," complete with a post-show conversation and Q&A with star Chevy Chase and his wife Jayni, on Thursday, Dec. 28.
The event will open with a screening of the 1989 holiday comedy classic, followed by a discussion featuring behind-the-scenes stories about the film and a wide-ranging Q&A taking questions from those in attendance.
Chase previously came to Milwaukee's Riverside Theatre with "Christmas Vacation" in late 2019, in honor of the season but also the film's 30th anniversary.
Tickets for the special screening – including VIP tickets, which include a post-show photo op with Chase – will go on sale beginning Friday, July 14 at 10 a.m. at the Pabst Theater Group's website. For more information on the event, click here.

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.
When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
