’Tis Dining Month, the tastiest time of year! This means we’re dishing up fun and fascinating food content throughout October. Dig in, Milwaukee! OnMilwaukee Dining Month is served up by Potawatomi Hotel & Casino and Wollersheim Winery & Distillery.

Today marks the opening of a new Chick-fil-A location – an exclusively drive-thru version of the popular fast food chain – in Glendale.

Found at 5201 N. Port Washington Road, the new Chick-fil-A restaurant will be open Mondays through Saturdays from 6:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. The new location, however, will not offer either dine-in service or a walk-up window; the Glendale restaurant will exclusively serve its popular chicken dishes via drive-thru lanes, ordering either in-person through the drive-thru or with the Chick-fil-A app.

The new Glendale location marks more than a dozen Chick-fil-A restaurants in the southeast Wisconsin area since the chain first moved back into the Milwaukee market in 2014 with its Brookfield and Greendale locations.

For more dining content, stay tuned to OnMilwaukee throughout the month of October – and throughout the year, for that matter.

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.

When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
