The latest Cocktail Porn spotlight goes to Explorium Brewpub bartender Regan and her personalized, glowing rose-colored concoction The Reagan. Even though she’s only been bartending for a year and a half, Reagan's knowledge and skills set her apart from any other new bartender.
“I noticed a lot of the other bartenders were using vodka as their base liquor,” Regan said. “I knew I wanted to use gin as a way to stand apart from the rest.”
It was love at Bombay Brambleberry for Reagan when she was creating her cocktail. After testing various fruit combinations, she found the perfect match with muddled raspberries, blackberries and lemons. “I think this combination gives the perfect balance of fresh and fruity,” she said.
Besides making juicy cocktails, Explorium Brewpub is more than just a bar and restaurant to her.
“My favorite thing about working at Explorium is definitely my co-workers,” she said. “We are all best friends (in and outside of work) and it creates the most inviting and goofy work environment.”
