The annual Erv-toberfest is, like everything else, adapting to the troubled times.
But don’t worry, even though you won’t be able to enjoy Erv’s 10th annual Marzen-mania in a crowded space with like-minded beer lovers, you can enjoy the first annual Erv’s Home-toberfest instead.
Erv’s Mug, 130 W. Ryan Rd. in Oak Creek, will put together a limited number of mixed cases of Wisconsin-made Oktoberfest brews.
There will be 70 cases – likely a mix of cans and bottles – for sale, each with 24 different Oktoberfests, brewed in the Badger State at the breweries listed below.
The case costs $40, which feels a bit like you’re stealing, since that’s $1.67 a beer.
That also means you’d better act fast if you want one. You can buy a ticket for a reserved case in person Erv's – where some Oktoberfests have begun appearing already – or over the phone with a credit card, at (414) 762-5010.
