Lupi & Iris recently celebrated its third anniversary delivering an elevated dining experience for dining guests inside the 7Seventy7 building at 777 N. Van Buren St.

On the back of this good news, Chef Adam Siegel and Daria Aitken-Siegel have announced that they are working on another restaurant concept slated to open in the East Town neighborhood. This time, the concept will be based around New York-style Italian cuisine, offering guests “a more relaxed, yet still refined” experience, according to the press release.

Eppstein Uhen Architects will head up the design for the new eatery restaurant, which still awaits the announcement of its moniker, as well as various other details.

We do know that the venue is projected to open inside Northwestern Mutual’s North Building at 818 E. Mason St., just down the block from Lupi & Iris. The building is currently undergoing a $500 million renovation, so the restaurant’s opening is still a ways off, projected for late 2026.
