As the Brewers kick off the 2021 season in a home opener against the Minnesota Twins – remember when they were rivals?! – Thursday, April 1 at American Family Field, George Webb steps back up to the plate with its “5 for $5” burger deal.

For every game in 2021 in which the Crew scores five or more runs, regardless of whether they win or lose or whether or not they're playing at home, all 28 George Webb locations will sell five burgers for $5 through midnight the next day.

“As long-time supporters and fans of the Milwaukee Brewers, we look forward to baseball season all year long,” said Ryan Stamm, vice president of George Webb Restaurants, in a statement Wednesday.

“Burgers and baseball go hand-in-hand and we look forward to celebrating Brewers’ victories with the fans – in person, delivery or carryout!”

The prediction, dating to the 1940s, that the Brewers will win 12 games in a row also continues. When the Crew reaches that golden number, George Webb will give out free hamburgers, which has happened twice: in 1987 and 2018.
