On Monday, Feb. 24 beginning at 6 p.m., Dream Dance Steak at Potawatomi Bingo Casino will host an exclusive dinner showcasing award-winning spirits from Milwaukee’s own Great Lakes Distillery.
At this special affair, hosted by Great Lakes Distillery owner Guy Rehorst, cocktails crafted from the fine spirits of Great Lakes Distillery will be paired with five exquisite courses prepared by Chef Matt Baier of Dream Dance Steak.
The menu will feature dishes such as calamari salad served with tomato Rehorst vodka coulis; and caramelized onion red grouper topped with Amerique 1912 Absinthe Verte butter sauce and Swiss chard.
