Last week, we announced that Milwaukee’s own fast-casual, gourmet macaroni and cheese restaurant is slated to be featured on a new episode of "Food Paradise" entitled "Monster Mash-Ups."

But, you'll  have to wait a little bit longer than expected to see the episode. According to new information  from Food Paradise, the episode has been postponed.

The episode, which features two macaroni and cheese dishes from Grate Modern Mac & Cheese, was originally slated to air on the Cooking Channel on Wednesday, Sept. 9 at 8 p.m. CST. A new date for the program has not yet been announced; however, a representative from the show has indicated it will air "soon."

Here's what you can look forward to when it does air:

While the featured dishes have not been revealed, there’s at least one giveaway in the episode summary, which reads:

"We're going eight rounds with the craziest mashups in America! Starting with a heavyweight beast known as the Pizzarito in New York and a delicious German restaurant placed right in the middle of Los Angeles' Koreatown. They're combining nachos with macaroni and cheese in Wisconsin, Mexican and Asian in Arizona and low-country boils with pizza in Chicago! Next, a restaurant dedicated to fries in Los Angeles is doing amazing things with s'mores and there's a brunch burger that has it all in Chicago. Finally, a creative spot in Philadelphia is mashing up dumplings with the classic Philly Cheesesteak."

The episode, which was filmed at Grate Mac & Cheese’s Greenfield location at 8871 West Sura Lane features vice president and recipe developer, Abby Hansen as well as Roaring Fork Restaurant Group President Ron Stokes.

"It was an incredible moment to get the call from the producers, asking if we’d like to participate in the show," notes Hansen. "Many of our team members at Grate and several of our guests had the opportunity to be involved and be interviewed, so we’re excited to see how the whole piece comes together on TV."
