Greyhound still offers daily round trips to Madison, Chicago and Green Bay. But, its former terminal, 606 N. James Lovell St., sits dark as the bus company is housed at the Intermodal Station, 433 W. St. Paul Ave. In fact, they’ve been there since October 2007.
So, what to do with this old bus terminal that’s just a block off an I-94 exit ramp, and well positioned near Wisconsin Avenue, the Frontier Airlines Center and several major Downtown businesses.
The building’s being marketed as "flex space" by Towne Investments and it’s massive at 48,000 square-feet so it could easily accommodate multiple uses.
