Crisp air. Long-sleeved shirts. Warm spirits. It's quite possibly the best time of year, and Great Lakes Distillery is celebrating with its annual Harvest Fest Block Party & Pumpkin Spirit Release.
The free event takes place on Friday, Sept. 19, from 6 to 10 p.m., in front of the distillery, 616 W. Virginia St.
The fun includes live music from The Last Bees and Jack Tell. Food will be available from Fox Den, Chucho's Red Tacos and The Iron Pig. And, of course, specialty cocktails of all kinds, including those featuring Pumpkin Seasonal Spirit, distilled with Lakefront Brewery’s Pumpkin Lager.
The Fest also includes free GLD spirit samplings and a mini makers market.
