There's a structure emerging in Wauwatosa just off Highway 45.

I've driven past this huge development several times recently and thought it was a new cellular tower.  Not 100 percent certain, I asked Meg McKenna, executive director of the Wauwatosa Chamber of Commerce.

McKenna proved my initial thought wrong telling me that it's a "water tower for future service of the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center."

So, if you too were wondering what this thing is – now you know.
