Hop on your motorcycle or weird rolling orb thing and grab your raptor buddies: "Jurassic World" is coming to life in Milwaukee.

First reported by the Journal Sentinel – and today officially confirmed – "Jurassic World Live Tour," a live-action show based on the hit blockbuster franchise that brings life-like dinosaurs both fierce and friendly to arena stages across the country, will come to Fiserv Forum for a collection of shows running Nov. 7-10.

The new arena had yet to formally announce the booking, despite the official "Jurassic World Live Tour" site featuring Milwaukee and the November dates, and, as the JS originally noted, Fiserv Forum's Twitter account retweeting the tour's announcement and ticket info. Today, however, the live tour was confirmed by Fiserv Forum, performing a 7 p.m. show on Thursday, Nov. 7 and Friday, Nov. 8, before moving to three performances a day – at 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. – on both Saturday, Nov. 9 and Sunday, Nov. 10.

Tickets for the show are available at the "Jurassic World Live Tour" official website

Stay tuned to OnMilwaukee for more Fiserv Forum updates and announcements. And a quick word of advice to any scientists out there trying to create an actual real-life Jurassic Park: Please don't. We've only had five movies explain why it's a terrible idea.

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.

When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
