There was speculation that a new bar would open New Years Eve in the Milwaukee Building (the one with the ladybugs on it), 622 N. Water St. But after seeing for ourselves the lack of construction and talking with the buildings property manager, its safe to say The Ladybug Lounge wont come with the new year.
But when it does, I heard it was going to be some sort of hip-hop and comedy club, says the Milwaukee Building property manager, Sarah Todryk. Im not sure which of the two or both, but something like that.
