Every four years, on Feb. 29, I think about people who have a birthday on “leap day.” (Wikipedia tells me you people are called "leaplings.") I do not know anyone who has this birth date, but if you do, perhaps you can answer my burning questions.

What day do you celebrate your birthday during non-leap years? Feb. 28 or March 1? Do you feel cheated in any way, since your actual birthday only rolls around every four years?

Inquiring minds -- at least this one -- want to know!
