Milwaukee Athletic Club executive chef Josef N. Zimmermann has been chosen to participate in the inaugural Taste of the Club Nation Culinary Gala at the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Fla. April 20-22.
Ten chefs from around the country will each produce one course for the reception and dinner gala to complete the evening's menu. Each course is supposed to illustrate each of the chef's abilities and backgrounds, including state relations.
Zimmermann has come up with two dishes to cook for the evening's festivities, an appetizer made of rabbit and a wild boar entree.
