The McDonald's at 2455 W. Wisconsin Ave. has traded its corporate red and gold for Marquette University's blue and gold.

The restaurant is owned and operated by Robert Pyles of the MacPyles Corporation, an independent franchisee of the McDonald's Corporation, and is located just west of Marquette University.

Marquette wasn't involved in any capacity with the paint job, but several at the university told me that they love it and think it's great. As a proud graduate, I agree.
