Gates open for the More Than Pink Walk at 7:30 a.m. followed by a kick-off ceremony at 9 a.m. and the walk at 9:15 a.m.

So far, the organization has raised almost $22,000 towards the $416,200 goal. Dollars go towards research, screening and treatment assistance, emotional support, child care, transportation and advocacy.

By clicking here participants can register to walk as a team or individual and/or make a donation.

This year, all T-shirts will be mailed prior to the walk and there will be no event-day shirt pickup. Anyone who registers or raises $100 by Sunday, Aug. 27 will receive their shirt before event day.
