Fall in Wisconsin means crisp air, colorful leaves... and Cream Puffs! Wisconsin State Fair Park officials and The Original Cream Puffs team have announced that two autumn-inspired flavors will be on the menu at the 2025 Harvest Fair, happening Sept. 26–28 at State Fair Park.
Returning for the season is the ever-popular Pumpkin Spice Cream Puff, joined by an all-new creation: the Apple Crisp Deluxe Specialty Cream Puff, making its debut this year. Both varieties will be available at Harvest Fair in single, 3-pack and 6-pack options.
But the sweets don’t stop there. The new Dairy Building bakery will also be offering Apple Crisp Cruller Bites, Pumpkin Iced Cookies and Cruller Confections, giving fall food lovers even more ways to indulge.
Grab-and-Go Options
For those who prefer a quick pickup, both flavors of Cream Puffs will also be available through a convenient drive-thru during the fair. Drive-thru pre-orders are strongly recommended, especially for the limited-edition Deluxe Specialty Cream Puffs. Orders can be placed online, with early pricing available through Sept. 21.
Drive-thru hours will be:
Friday, Sept. 26: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 27: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Sunday, Sept. 28: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
