It's that time when Netflix reveals its new arrivals for the upcoming month – though the Big Red Streaming Monolith's whole sense of timing seems off on this latest batch of bingeworthy material en route. 

For instance, the service is getting a pile of horror movies – "Bram Stoker's Dracula," "It Follows," "Snakes on a Plane" and "Coming Home in the Dark" – all perfectly timed for not-Halloween spooky season anymore. The Brad Pitt baseball drama "Moneyball" will enter Netflix's lineup ... basically just in time for the World Series to end and for everyone to move on to other sports. The schedule is packed full of Christmas movies – at least fifteen of them! – because apparently there's no other major holiday between Halloween and December anymore. Somebody get these guys a calendar. (And also maybe a better PR department.)

All jokes aside, there's a ton coming to Netflix in November – and a lot of it as tempting and exciting as Thanksgiving dinner. We've got a bunch of great comedies – like "21 Jump Street," "Addams Family Values," "Stripes" and "Last Action Hero." We've got the award-nominated crime epic "American Gangster." And we've got an enormous banquet of Netflix Originals, including the long-awaited new season of "Selling Sunset"; the much-ballyhooed live-action "Cowboy Bebop" adaptation; the service's latest attempts at Oscar glory with "Passing" and "Tick, Tick ... Boom"; the star-studded, big-budgeted action blockbuster "Red Notice"; Halle Berry's MMA-themed directorial debut "Bruised"; and the Black-led western "The Harder They Fall."

Oh, and the second season of "Tiger King," which I'm sure will definitely be as big as the original docu-series and not at all be as forgettable and nonexistent as "Making a Murderer" season two. Because everyone looks back on "Tiger King" SUPER fondly and not at all with regret and a raised eyebrow.
