"Bar Month" at OnMilwaukee.com is back for another round! The whole month of February, we're serving up intoxicatingly fun articles on bars and clubs -- including guides, the latest trends, bartender profiles and more. Grab a designated driver and dive in!

As OnMilwaukee.com gets ready to host its third annual Bartender Olympics, you can prepare to cheer on the competition by familiarizing yourself with future Milwaukee Bar Olympians.

We've been profiling the participating bartenders over the last two weeks in preparation for the big night at Whiskey Bar on Thursday, Feb. 24.

Cheer on your favorite bartender while they compete in four events, including the Pabst can stack and the cocktail contest. Plus, there's a talent competition this year! Special guests include 102.1's Kramp and Adler and Jen Lada from Fox 6 News. Drink specials, a Shutterbox photo booth and Street-za Pizza will also be available.

Here's a quick Q & A with bartender/contender Nicky Rev from Lulu.

OnMilwaukee.com: How long have you been tending bar?

Nicky Rev: Ten years on and off.

OMC: What's your favorite Milwaukee bar (other than the one where you work)?

NR: Burnhearts in Bay View.

OMC: What's the most important tool behind the bar?

NR: Personality.

OMC: What's the best way to clean up vomit?

NR: Hire someone to do that job and pay them well!

OMC: What's the best way to handle someone who's been overserved?

NR: Stick their asses in a cab before they start to turn off your other guests. Your bar is your paycheck and a stress reliever to others. Keep it in order and keep it classy.

OMC: Have you served anyone famous?

NR: Tracy Lords. She was a great tipper! Although something tells me that she's had some practice with tips.

OMC: What drink are you making for the Bartender Olympics?

NR: The Velvet Taco:

Ice
2 splashes of triple sec
3 lemon slices
muddle, and add
1.5 oz Powers Whiskey
1.5 oz X Rated
more ice
and shake

Pour into Pint glass, add some more ice, top with ginger ale (or Sprite) and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Add cucumber slices to muddle in with the lemons if you would like to try something a little different.
