Currently up two games to none on the Colorado Rockies in the NLDS, tomorrow's lining up to be a big day for the Brewers. But even before a single team takes the field tomorrow, Sunday will mark a one-of-a-kind historic day for sports in the state of Wisconsin. 

As first discovered by 620 WTMJ's Doug Russell, Sunday will mark the first time all three of Wisconsin's professional sports teams – the Brew Crew, the Bucks and the Green Bay Packers – are in action on the same day.

At noon, the Packers will attempt to score its second straight win over the division rival Detroit Lions. Right after, at 3:37 p.m., the Brewers will go for the sweep of the Rockies at Coors Field before the Bucks wrap up this massive Wisconsin sports day with a spat against the Minnesota Timberwolves at 7 p.m. at the Hilton Coliseum in Ames, Iowa. 

The trifecta could only happen around this time of year considering the NFL season typically ends in early February – months before professional baseball takes the diamond – and could only happen with a Brewers playoff run, seeing as the NBA season doesn't start until well into October.

As Russell explained in a follow-up tweet, this bit of oddball sports history could've potentially happened back in 1982 or 2011, but a duo of player strikes – the NFL in 1982, the NBA in 2011 – delayed the historic hometown trio until tomorrow. And even if the Brewers extend their playoff run, it won't happen again this season. (The Packers and Brewers could possibly play on the same day on Sunday, Oct. 28, but the Bucks are off.)

Of course, there is one hangup to this bit of history: Tomorrow's Bucks game doesn't really count, as it's just a preseason game. But it's still a fun bit of trivia – one hopefully the Brewers, Bucks and Packers will be able to add to by becoming the first day all three teams won on the same day.
