Our dogs – and some of our cats – are terrible social distancers, often inconsiderate coworkers and making cameos in video meetings world-wide.
And yet, most of them are absolutely loving it as if this period of self-quarantining is in the same stellar category as a midday sun spot on the living room floor or national holidays that keep the mail person away.
While we set up offices just yards away from litter boxes and have Marmaduke-sized moments of uneasiness, Fluffy and Old Yeller are comforting and content. They are sometimes making it difficult to type and are watching us work like creepy managers, but they are also there to remind us to stretch, play, rest and love extra unconditionally right now.
