The show (and supper) will go on as Potawatomi Hotel & Casino announces its plans today to reopen its Northern Lights Theater as well as three of its restaurants for in-person dining for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Northern Lights Theater will reopen with a performance from the classic rock band Ides of March featuring Jim Peterik and Mindi Abair on Thursday, Sept. 23, followed by a night with the retro R&B crooners The Manhattans ("Shining Star") on Friday, Sept. 24. The rest of the return schedule for the Northern Lights Theater – including performances from Boney James on Sept. 29, comedian Jim Breuer on Oct. 2, a duo of shows by Herman's Hermits featuring Peter Noone on Oct. 5-6 and Gin Blossoms on Oct. 30 – is available at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino's website.
In addition, Potawatomi will reopen Canal Street Cafe, RuYi and the Fire Pit Sports Bar & Grill for in-person dining service beginning on Thursday, Aug. 19. Canal Street Cafe will be open from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m., RuYi will open from 11 a.m. until 1:30 a.m. and the Fire Pit will be open from 11 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. To check the menus for all three restaurants, visit Potawatomi's website.
