A Facebook friend posted this video suggesting it may be The Milverine on a fast-walk wearing his protective gear. What do you think, is it him?

Considering he told me in a personal letter recently that he was walking again and planned to hit his fighting weight in four-to-five weeks, I'm thinking the timing is right.
