WMSE’s Rockabilly Chili, presented by Lakefront Brewery, will take place Sunday, April 16 at 11 a.m. at the MSOE Kern Center, 1245 N. Broadway. More than 50 different chilis from restaurants, cafes and caterers from all over Milwaukee will be available to sample.

Advance tickets go on sale on National Hot Sauce Day, Sunday Jan. 22 for $15. Day-of tickets are $20.  A special 8-pack of tickets is available for $100.  Each ticket includes 4 chili samples.

Chicken Shack DJ Johnny Z and Saturday Morning Cartunes DJ Dietrich will spin, kids are invited to color and do puzzles on placemats, and Tom Crawford will emcee the popular event.

Guests can also try a new, special edition, hot sauce called Hellraiser. A&M Provisions developed it specifically for WMSE and it's supposedly extremely fiery.

Attendees will once again determine which place has the best meat, heat, veggie and unique chili, as well as the business with the most appealing display.

Restaurants, cafes and catering companies that want to sign up for Rockabilly Chili should visit wmse.org/rbcsignup/.
