Anyone who is planning to attend a major entertainment event this summer should be in the know about which purses, murses, bags and backpacks are permitted. No one wants to get to the entrance gate only to be told their bag isn’t venue-friendly and has to trudge back to the car to stash it.

So, here’s a rundown of permissible carryalls listed by location:

Brewers games - American Family Field

Guests can bring in bags with dimensions of 9" x 5" x 2" or smaller, diaper bags and medical/family needs bags. Lockers are available for $10 to store a larger bag during a game or event.

Fiserv Forum

With the exception of medical or diaper bags, bags and purses are no longer permitted inside Fiserv Forum. Guests are limited to a wallet no larger than 4” x 6”x 1”.

Packers games – Lambeau Field

Fans are allowed to carry in a clear bag that does not exceed 12 x 6 x 12 inches or a one-gallon, clear plastic bag. Small clutch purses the size of a woman's hand, measuring no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches, are permitted, but subject to search. More here.

Summerfest grounds / American Family Insurance Amphitheater concerts

All bags are subject to inspection prior to entering the Summerfest grounds. No backpacks or bags larger than 9 x 10 x 12 will be allowed on the grounds. Read the full list of rules here.

Wisconsin State Fair

Bags of all sizes are permitted, but will be searched. Get more carry-in deets here.
