Saz’s will be hosting their first-ever Queer Prom, an adult night out that offers guests the opportunity to dress like a diva and dance the night away in a safe, affirming environment.

The event will take place at South Second, 838 S. 2nd St. in Walker’s Point on Saturday, May 3, beginning at 7:30 p.m.  A portion of the evening’s proceeds will go to support the work of Milwaukee Trans Health and Queer Depot in our community.

During Queer Prom, guests are invited to dance their hearts out to tunes dropped by Milwaukee Airwaves DJ and enjoy drag performances from Melee the Queen, Miss Gay Wisconsin 2024 Loretta Love Lee and The Mercedes Benzova. There will also be a Prom Royalty coronation, professional photo booths to capture the moment and late-night snacks to keep everyone’s energy high.

All ticketed guests will receive free entree to an afterparty at La Cage, 801 S. 2nd St., following the prom.

Tickets are available for purchase online. General admission is $30 and includes late-night Saz’s food. VIP tickets are $85 and include late night Saz’s food, a welcome cocktail, unlimited drinks, gourmet appetizers and access to the VIP lounge.
