Schlitz Park announced today that Tracy Korpela has joined the Downtown riverfront office complex as assistant property manager.
Recently relocated from California, Korpela spent most of her career in the Milwaukee area including serving as assistant property manager of The Shops of Grand Avenue from 2010 to 2013.
According to the press release, "Korpela helped transform the struggling Grand Avenue mall into a successful eco-system of mixed-use arts, cultural, tech and retail tenants. "
She brings to Schlitz Park a highly-regarded mix of property management, leasing, real estate, marketing and community outreach experience.
"Like our renovations, upgraded amenities and recent tenants, Tracy brings an exciting new sense of energy to Schlitz Park," said Gary Grunau, the office property’s developer. "She’s an often praised community builder and connector that will provide our tenants with the high level of responsiveness and service they’ve come to depend on and expect at Schlitz Park."
Korpela says she looks forward to her new position.
"Schlitz Park exemplifies possibility. The rich history of Milwaukee’s Schlitz Brewery includes over 150 years of trailblazing achievements and reinventions," says Korpela. "I look forward to optimizing our current redevelopment successes while working with our tenants to impact the future of Schlitz Park."
