106seeboth recently opened next door to sushi bar Screaming Tuna. The bar and restaurant features small plate food made from fresh, local ingredients called "barbites," which include mini quiches, watermelon skewers, beef rolls, mushroom stuffed pockets and ricotta cheesecakes for $7-$8 per plate.

106seeboth also features a full bar with cocktails, boutique wines and microbeers.

It has a happy hour Tuesday through Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m., Fridays from 4 to 9 p.m.and all-day specials on Sunday with $3 taps and rails and $4 house wines.

On Tuesdays, 106seeboth offers $5 margaritas, specials on fish tacos and trivia. On Wednesdays, it's bottomless glasses of sangria for $12 and $5 appetizers. Thursdays feature $3 craft tappers and $10 cheese plates. Saturdays offer $5 martinis and on Sundays from 3 to 10 p.m. customers can enjoy good deals on bottomless mimosas.
