Perhaps the most limber business plan pivot of the pandemic to date, Snack Boys – formerly a cocktail lounge and noshery on North Avenue – has moved online as "Plant Boys" and is now hawking plants, plant-related stuff, new and used books, merch (including the neon T in the photo), "wellness sh*t," drinks (wine, beer, NA), snacks (eventually) and "whatever else really."

All of the available items are carefully selected, and it's worth a visit to the website just to read the copy featuring entertaining bits like "Working on that pivot game since 2020" and  "Apocalypse can't kill our vibe."

Curbside pick up of Plant Boys' items is available from the Snack Boys East Side location, 2028 E. North Ave. Wednesday-Friday from 3 to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from noon to 3 p.m.

Snack Boys opened at the end of 2017 in Walker's Point and moved to its current spot in March of 2020. It's owned by industry veterans John Revord, who also owns Boone & Crockett, and Chef Mitch Ciohon also of Taco Moto.
