With the smoking ban just a year away, and public smoking at all all-time low approval rate, do you think Summerfest -- albeit outdoors -- should have no smoking or designated smoking areas? Sound off, Milwaukee, about public puffing at the Big Gig.

That’s crazy! I understand banning indoor smoking, because people are forced to consume secondhand smoke, but outdoor smoking cannot be banned, too. It doesn’t make any sense. It’s taking the anti-smoking trend way too far.

Ban it or restrict it. Nothing is worse than when you’re crammed into a packed audience and someone next to you -- or multiple people -- light up. There’s no way to escape. Smoking should at least be banned in the seating areas of all stage areas. Also, when people are walking and smoking in large crowds people can easily get burned.
