October is the fourth-annual Dining Month on OnMilwaukee.com. All month, we're stuffed with restaurant reviews, delicious features, chef profiles, unique articles on everything food, as well as the winners of our "Best of Dining 2010."

When talking to Milwaukee's culinary masters for our "Chef Profile" features, we ask what they think will be the next "big trend" in dining.

More and more chefs are responding to that question with comments about food sourcing.

Customers, more than ever, are educating themselves and concerned with where there meals begin. Locally-grown products are becoming more popular and restaurants are taking notice.

As we head into the home stretch of Dining Month 2010, we'd like to know how concerned you are with food sourcing? Some foodies are dead-set on eating local while others want good food at a good price.
