Stone Creek Coffee Roasters announced some plans for the future today.
The company will totally remodel The Stone Creek Factory, 422 N. 5th St., which is home to its roasting operations and corporate offices. The project will be completed this coming summer.
On the main floor, Stone Creek will create The Factory Store, a space where people can buy and enjoy coffee drinks in an attractive, comfortable area with a fireplace. A new training center and coffee quality lab, where staff and customers will be educated on coffee, is also in the works.
The Stone Creek Kitchen – on the second floor of the building – will make specialty food products designed to pair perfectly with Stone Creek coffee.
