SURG on the Water will host a charitable ping pong competition between Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers and local media personalities the evening of Sunday, Sept. 7 to benefit Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.

This will be the first annual event SURG hosts for Children’s.

The event will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. in SURG’s luxury private event space located at 102 N. Water St. in the Third Ward. A limited number of tickets are available to the public and can be purchased through the event website.

According to the website, Brewers All-Stars Ryan Braun and Jonathan Lucroy will represent Milwaukee and fullback John Kuhn will represent the Packers. More participants will be announced in the future.

The $250 exclusive admission passes to the event include a VIP pass to watch the tournament and mingle with the players, an open bar with high end spirits, Kobe beef sliders and other premium appetizers, a live DJ, as well as access to an exclusive auction with items and experiences donated by the sports stars in attendance.
