Snuggle up with some holiday cheer as OnMilwaukee shares stories of everything merry and bright in the spirit of the season.

A collective sob rose from the city when The Estate closed its doors at 2423 N. Murray Ave. in September of 2023. And, although staffing challenges and operational costs have kept the venue from fully reopening, we have some good news to share.

Owner John Dye, who retains ownership of the building, has booked a cadre of performances at the venue, which will take place throughout the holiday season.

“People are excited to be back, and we’re excited to be back,” Dye says, and although there are no plans at this time for additional performances, fans can obtain tickets for the following shows through the end of December.

  • Saturday, Nov. 30: Eric Jacobson "Heading Home" CD Release Party
  • Friday, Dec. 6: Anne Davis Presents: Holiday Jazz & Beyond
  • Friday, Dec. 27:  A Jerry Grillo Christmas 2024

Tickets for all shows are available for purchase online.

And, although tickets for The Commercialists’ “A Charlie Brown Christmas” shows at The Estate are sold out, you can still get tickets for Monday, Dec. 23 performance at Turner Hall.  Tickets are available here.
