Giannis Antetokounmpo's five-year, $228 million contract extension with the Bucks, has put the folks at Third Space Brewing, 1505 W. St. Paul Ave., in the Menomonee Valley, in, well a happy place.

"This was some much needed good news for a state and city who has had a rough go of it in 2020, so we thought what better way to help celebrate than with some free beer" said Andy Gehl, co-founder and president of Third Space Brewing, in a statement Wednesday.

Since we can't enjoy a nice Happy Place Midwestern Pale Ale this year at a Bucks game, why not celebrate with a free one at the brewery, which Wednesday and Thursday is, "Lighting it Up" by offering a free pint of Light it Up Craft Lager or Happy Place Midwest Pale Ale to anyone who shows up in a Giannis jersey or, really, any Bucks gear.

The offer is good Wednesday, Dec. 16 and Thursday, Dec. 17 at the taproom, Limit one per customer.

Third Space requests that guests review its Covid safety plan before attending and to mask up and spread out. Capacity in the tap room is currently limited to 50 percent and the rules will be strictly enforced to ensure safety. You can find the rules here.
