Third Space Brewing, 1505 W. St. Paul Ave. in the Menomonee Valley, celebrates its seventh anniversary on Saturday, Sept. 23, from noon until 10 p.m.

There will be, as always, a great party both inside and outside at the taproom as well as a couple new beer releases.

In addition to the latest iteration of the annual solera aged old ale – this year it’s called, well, Seven, and it’s 16 percent ABV – there’s also Super Frog, a “super-fruited” version of the Frog Weiss kettle sour that packs a mere 8 percent punch.

There’s a beer pre-sale open now here that includes a chance to buy a set that includes a four-pack of this years seventh anniversary solera, a 16-ounce can of the 2022 sixth anniversary solera and one 500ml bottle of the 2021 fifth anniversary solera.

There will be seven bands playing live, including Big Style Brass Band, TAE, Ladybird, Steph Lippert Project, Moonglow, Derek Pritzl and Dig Deep.

Plus, food from Jandy's Base Camp, Hidden Kitchen and Piña Mexican Eats food trucks.

The event is dog friendly and there will be a kids corner, too, with face painting, games and more from the folks at YMCA’s Camp Minikani, which is where Third Space owners Andy Gehl and Kevin Wright met for the first time as camp counselors.

That’s why they use this event to help raise funds for the camp, which is located in Hubertus.

A minimum donation of $10 is requested, but larger donations will earn special rewards, including a limited edition sticker ($20), a camping mug and $1 fills at the party ($75), a free taproom space rental ($150), beer for a year ($300) and, for a $500 donation, a barrel party.

One hundred percent of the donations go to Minikani.

You can make your donations online in advance here.
