Urban Harvest Brewery, which quietly opened its doors at 1024 S. 5th St. in April, has announced that it will be hosting a special four-day grand opening celebration this week.
The festivities, which will take place June 1-4, will include celebrity bartenders, food trucks, beer and food pairings and entertainment, along with appearances by Wisconsin beer experts.
The brewery, owned by Steve Pribek and business partner Mark Kaminski, utilizes a two-barrel system to produce a line-up of 10-12 core beers as well as special release and seasonal offerings, some of which will be showcased during the grand opening festivities.
