It’s time to start thinking about the holidays. That means delicious wine, amazing food and incredible parties to enjoy them all.

Among the can’t-miss events for the season is the Second Annual tasting event hosted by Voyager, Bay View’s one-of-a-kind wine and cocktail bar.

The annual music-filled, wine-tasting showcase, dubbed The End Festival, will take place on Small Business Saturday, Saturday, Nov. 30 from 2 to 7 p.m. at Voyager, 422 E. Lincoln Ave. and Sugar Maple, 441 E. Lincoln Ave.

The End is part walk-around wine tasting, part concert. Attendees can sample over 85 wines and spirits to purchase and pick up from Voyager the following week. But they can also experience live musical performances throughout the afternoon from performers like Collections of Colonies of Bees, Joe Crockett of Rx Drugs, and more.

“For us, The End is a celebration of the past year in wine and food; it’s a way to pay homage to our favorite flavors in a hedonistic setting” says Jordan Burich, Voyager’s owner, and The End organizer. “Being able to try every wine before buying is always ideal, and the The End is maybe the funnest way to do a wine tasting! Sugar Maple is well known for its far out themed pop-up events, and we thought The End would be a natural fit there.”

In addition to wine and music, several food trucks will also be on-site and Sugar Maple will highlight seasonal brews.

“Sugar Maple and Voyager are both really unique spots that make our little corner of Lincoln Avenue a bit magical, and we’re very much looking forward to collaborating on this event," notes co-host, Sugar Maple owner Adrienne Pierluissi. "The End is going to be a great chance to invite some new folks into our space, to pour some darker seasonal beers, to dance, and to clink some glasses together.”

Advance tickets are $40 per person and can be purchased online ($55 per person at the door). For an extra $20 at check-in, guests are permitted to taste super fancy high-end wines in The Vault.
